ORDER Help. 3d realms doesnt help me

hey guys, i wrote you 2 times and need ASAP help, i fear my order gets cancelled cause i couldnt pay and update it and i wait for help over a week now, facebook + emailing you didnt help!

i ordered my old Founders Edition from another emailaddress and when i try to login i get a internal server error, i already reset my password.

Please dont mix my orders up, i ordered following

I want both editions :blush: and the foudners edition i ordered with my old mail address. NOW if i login with my old email address i get AUTOMATICALLY logged into my new mail address so someone at 3d realms merged my accounts BUT NOT MY ORDERS!!! i only see my last order of the normal edition and NOT MY FOUNDERS EDITION!!!

im really mad as it will be released soon and NO ONE RESPONDS at 3drealms to fix this!
